You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Fill in the fields, confirm, and you will immediately receive a receipt with the date and time.

    You will receive a receipt

    We will immediately send an email confirmation with the date and time of your cancellation.

    Return the item

    You have 14 days from your notification to ship the item. Pack it well; it is heavy.

    We are checking the item

    We are checking to see if it is unused and complete, including the mounting kit.

    You will get your money

    No later than 14 days after your notification, once we have received the item or proof of dispatch.

    Return shipping
    You pay the return shipping yourself. A bronze gear housing is heavy, so choose a shipping method with insurance and tracking.
    Condition of the item
    You are welcome to examine the item, but do not install it. If it has been installed or damaged, we may deduct for the loss in value.
    Repayment
    We will refund you no later than 14 days after your notification, using the same payment method you used. Standard delivery will also be refunded.

    You can also regret it in other ways

    This form is the easiest way, but it is not a requirement. An email or a phone call is just as valid.
