Kits, gaskets and wear parts
The lifespan of our HX series is estimated at several hundred years, which may create a need for the replacement of various parts. Therefore, at Schøtt-Tech, we stock most spare parts for quick delivery.
Everything below applies to the HX series. Prices include VAT.
Transfer kit
Take your lifetime solution with you. Everything you need to move your bronze housing to a new or refurbished motor, should the motor be replaced due to mechanical wear or breakdown.
Thermostat cover set
Brass cover with AISI 304 stainless steel pressure pipe and matching O-rings.
Manifold gasket
At each removalThe flat gasket between the exchanger housing and the engine. Should always be replaced when the housing has been removed.
Complete O-ring set
In case of service or leakageAll rubber seals in the housing in one kit. Fits the HX series and D1 series.
Note! Six parts must be reused
The copper rod, end caps, thermostat, high-temperature sensor, drain cock, and 3/8" blanking plug from your existing heat exchanger must be reused. They are not included with the housing.
If one or more of these parts are defective, they must be replaced.
