HX-20 heat exchanger housing in solid tin bronze. Replacement for the Volvo Penta D1-20 heat exchanger. 100% plug-and-play with the same physical dimensions as the original.
Mounting kit contains:
9 pcs. stud bolts (M6x100 mm)
9 pcs. M6 flange nuts
Manifold gasket
Exhaust gasket
Complete set of O-rings: 4 pcs. for copper core and 2 pcs. for thermostat
1 pc. O-ring for drain cock
Bag of silicone grease
Why bronze: 100% saltwater resistant, no oxide jacking, easier service, and natural anti-fouling.
Note!The copper core, end caps, thermostat, high-temperature sensor, drain cock, and 3/8" blanking plug from your existing heat exchanger must be reused. Do not discard these parts until the installation is complete.
